No booking fee, no service charge, no mark-up on the fare. Posting a request and comparing offers costs you nothing. The price a partner offers is the price you pay them.
BDcabs is a pre-booking agency platform. Customers post a booking request, verified partners reply with fixed-price offers in Taka, and the fare is paid directly to the driver — cash or whatever the two of you agree. We never process the payment and we never add anything on top of the fare.
For drivers and fleet owners, listing is free: no monthly fee, no per-lead fee. We charge a small commission per completed booking, which we record on the platform and partners settle directly with our team. Our team will walk you through exactly how it works before your first booking.
What about later?
If anything about pricing changes, we will be straightforward about it — what is paid, what stays free, what changes for existing users. You will hear from us in advance, not after the fact. The core flow for customers — post a request, compare offers, pick a partner, talk direct — is going to stay free.
