BDcabs is the simplest way to pre-book a vehicle in Dhaka. Pick one of two paths — search the partner directory and ring someone direct, or post a booking request and pick from the fixed-price offers. Either way, the conversation ends up between you and the partner, with us there to help when you want us.

Every partner on BDcabs shows their full name, their business, their base area, and the vehicles they run. Our team sights their documents — driving licence, vehicle registration, fitness certificate — before they can take bookings, and once they have verified their phone you see a small green tick. It is not a score out of five; it is a sign that a real, documented person is on the other end of the line.

This is pre-booking, not ride-hailing. Nobody is circling your block waiting for a ping. You post where you are going and when — an airport transfer, a daily rental, an inter-city trip, a tour — and the booking is confirmed ahead of time, with a human ops team behind it. If you would rather confirm by phone, our team can do that with you.

For customers, BDcabs is free — no booking fee, no mark-up on the fare. You pay the driver directly, in cash or however you agree. Partners pay a small commission per completed booking, settled directly with our team. See the pricing page for the short version.

We are a booking platform and a matchmaker, not a payment processor. We never hold the fare. Once you are talking to a partner, the agreement for the trip is between the two of you — we record the booking, keep the audit trail, and step in on disputes.
