Post a booking request and pick from the offers
For when you want a fixed price before you commit. Partners come to you with a price and a vehicle.

Write your booking request
Pickup, destination, date, time, vehicle type. Add a note if it helps — luggage, passengers, a return leg. Two minutes, no phone queue, no account needed.

Read the offers
Verified drivers and fleet owners reply with a fixed price in Taka and a few lines on the vehicle. Their full name and business are always visible — no anonymous offers. We text and email you a link to view them.

Accept the one that fits
One tap on the link we send you. The other open offers close automatically and the partner is notified.
After you accept
Sort the trip between the two of you
Once you accept an offer, the conversation is between you and your driver — we keep the record and stay out of the way.

Your driver calls you
The partner you accepted gets your number and calls to confirm the pickup point, timing, and any extras. A private chat also opens on the booking page if you prefer to message.

Travel with the price agreed
The fare was fixed when you accepted the offer — no meters, no haggling on the day.

Pay the driver directly
Cash is normal, or whatever the two of you agree. BDcabs never handles the fare and never adds anything on top.

Sign up and get verified
List the vehicle types you run. Our team sights your documents — driving licence, vehicle registration, fitness certificate — before you can take bookings.

Hear about matching requests
When a customer posts a request for a vehicle type you cover, you get an email and in-app alert with the route, date, and vehicle — then you send your fixed-price offer.
- 03
Get accepted, call, drive
If the customer accepts your offer, you are notified — call them, agree the pickup, do the trip, and take the fare directly. Commission on completed bookings is settled separately with our team.
